Refund and Returns Policy

At Organic Glow Skin, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality skincare and wellness products. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received with leakage or manufacturing defect
  • Missing item in the package

Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or partially consumed are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Images
  • Package Images
  • Clear description of the issue

For damaged, missing, or incorrect products, an unboxing video may be required for verification purposes.


3. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we will arrange:

  • Product Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Refund, depending on the situation.

Organic Glow Skin reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a replacement or refund.


4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Estimated refund timelines:

  • UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking: 5–7 business days
  • Bank Transfer (if applicable): 5–10 business days

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
  • Gift items, free samples, or promotional products
  • Returns requested after the specified reporting period

We do not accept returns based on personal preferences such as fragrance, texture, skin suitability, or expected results. Individual skincare results may vary.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.


7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping will be arranged by Organic Glow Skin.

For any other approved return circumstances, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.


8. Refusal of Returns

Organic Glow Skin reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if:

  • The claim cannot be verified.
  • Required evidence is not provided.
  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The return request violates this policy.
